Every customer gets their own room.
A private channel per customer company, with contacts, notes and an AI brief beside it. A CRM you never have to update.
Email, or Probed
Most small businesses talk to customers over email, with the important details spread across inboxes and a spreadsheet nobody keeps up to date. It works, but the context lives in whoever was copied in.
Why it fits
- A channel per customer
- Each customer company gets a private channel with your team and theirs, so the whole history is in one place.
- Contacts and notes beside it
- See who's who at the customer, add notes and tags, and read an AI brief of where things stand.
- Customers help each other
- Shared channels let customers answer each other, and one pinned answer helps the next person.
- Customers never pay
- One price for your space, however many customers you bring in.

Are customer channels on the free plan?
No. Customer channels, contacts, notes and the AI brief come with Premium and Business.
Can customers see each other's channels?
No. Each customer's channel is private to that customer, your space's owners and admins, and anyone you add to it.
Is this a help desk?
No. There are no tickets or queues. Customers talk to you in a channel, the way they'd message a friend. A team with heavy support volume may still want a help desk.
