For investors

The home base between founders and the people who use what they build.

Every founder is told to talk to their customers, build in public, and own their audience. Then they're handed a gaming chat app, an internal-team tool, or a help-desk queue. Probed is the space built for that relationship — and we think it's a category.

Why now

The creator and solo-founder economy is exploding, and "own your audience" has become gospel. Yet the relationship that matters most — a founder and the people who pay for their product — still lives on platforms built for something else: Discord for gamers, Slack for internal teams, Intercom for support queues.

At the same time, AI lets one founder serve more customers than ever. The relationships are scaling; the tools for them haven't caught up. That gap is the opportunity.

What we're building

One owned space where a founder's customers get support, give feedback, follow a public roadmap, and form a community — across desktop, web, and mobile. We start as the wedge that replaces the help-desk-and-Discord mess, and grow into the default home base for direct-to-customer business.

A direct line, not a ticket

Customers talk to the founder and to each other — support, feedback, and announcements in one place. The conversation is the product.

A community that compounds

A community is a switching cost. Members answer each other, bring their friends, and stick around — retention and word of mouth built into the model.

Owned, branded, and public

Your space, your subdomain, your brand. Public roadmaps and spaces double as shareable, indexable surfaces that pull new customers in.

Why it can be big

  • A large, growing market: solo founders, creators, indie SaaS, and community builders — all told to 'own their audience,' none given the right tool for it.
  • Sticky by design: the moat is the members. Once a community lives somewhere, moving it is painful — so it doesn't move.
  • Distribution built in: every public space and roadmap is a link someone shares and a page search engines index.
  • Multi-platform from day one: native desktop and web, with iOS and Android on the way — wherever the founder and their customers already are.

Who's behind it

Probed is built by Ginyu LLC — a small, fast, technical team shipping across desktop and web (with mobile on the way), in the open and alongside our own users. We'd rather ship and talk to customers than write decks, which is also the whole thesis of the product.

Let's talk

No formal round announced. We're open to conversations with angels and early-stage funds who understand founder tools and community-led growth. Reach out and we'll share the brief.
